Kim Tarshia VanMeter is the founder of Keeping Each Other Encouraged Creative Spaces (K.E.O.E.), established in 2012. With a passion for uplifting others, Kim created K.E.O.E. as a welcoming space where individuals can explore their creativity while receiving the encouragement and support needed for emotional well-being and personal growth.

As a mentor, youth leader, and teacher, Kim has dedicated her career to empowering others. She has developed impactful self-esteem workshops for teenage girls and conflict resolution techniques to help students build confidence and strengthen their social-emotional health. Her Vision to Purpose Workshops guide individuals in transforming creative ideas into reality while prioritizing healing and self-discovery. Through her work, Kim inspires others to step beyond limitations, embrace their purpose, and use vision plan boards as powerful tools to visualize and pursue their God-given dreams.
